Standard scope boundaries
Kickoff is fixed-fee because the scope is defined. Anything outside these boundaries is quoted as an add-on before work begins.
Standard scope:
- The systems used in your Snapshot scope
- Fix implementation for agreed mismatch categories
- Control layer setup (cadence + owners + exception workflow + SOP)
Not included unless separately scoped:
- Custom integrations or bespoke data pipelines
- Full PSA/RMM re-implementations
- Large-scale contract restructuring across all customers
- Non-related operational consulting
